At PiPi Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every leaf; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and sealed tea packages. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right with a prompt replacement or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at hello@pipitea.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack the unopened tea in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
